On July 02, 2020, the Board of Directors of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company (stock code: SKG) approved the following issues:

1)      The Board of Directors decided to choose AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited to perform the audit of SKG’s financial statements in 2020.

2)      The Board of Directors approved to pay dividend 2019:

−        Par value: VND10,000

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Exercise ratio: 10%/par value

−        Record date: July 16, 2020
