Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the selling shares in blocks of SCIC in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (MACHINCO) as follows:

             Until 16:00 on July 21, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction to buy shares in blocks of SCIC in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 9 with Decision No. 257/QD-DTKDV dated June 25, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of SCIC in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
