PSH: Adjustment of the foreign ownership limit

According to Official Document No.6676/VSD-DK.NV dated July 21, 2020 by the Vietnam Securities Depository, Official Document No.3223/UBCK-PTTT dated May 11, 2020 by the State Securities Commission and by the request of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH), the foreign ownership limit of PSH shares will be adjusted from 49% to 0%.

Effective date: July 22, 2020.
