KHP: BOD approved the plan to issue shares for capital increase

The Board resolution dated July 08, 2020, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity with the following details:

-          Stock name: Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: KHP

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 41,551,296 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 40,051,296 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 1,500,000 shares

-          Number of registered shares to issue: 16,020,518 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 160,205,180,000

-          Issue ratio: 40% (5:2) (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 02 new shares).

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND 575,718,140,000

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2020 or Q4.2020.
