HVH: BOD approved the plan to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment The Board resolution dated July 02, 2020, the BOD of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the plan to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment:
- Stock name: HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Number of shares issued: 20,000,000 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 19,500,000 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 500,000 shares
- Number of registered shares to issue: 1,950,000 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND 19,500,000,000
- Issue ratio: 10% (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- Time of implementation: Q3.2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
2) Approving the dossier of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:
- Report on stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019;
- Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 (attach Proposal on the issuance);
- Consolidated and Separate audited financial statements in 2019;
