GEX: Decision on tax penalties

Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City dated June 26, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND173,835,849

-          Total tax arrears:

• For 2019: VND5,935,918
• For 2018: VND863,243,160

-          Late payment amount: VND113,968,988

-          Reducing losses: VND3,277,714,848

-          Reducing VAT which is deducted for the next period: VND2,865,444.
