GAS: Board approves the draft of agreement with PVFCCo.

On July 01, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) issued Resolution No.70 approving the settlement draft of gas sale and purchase in 2019 between PVGas with Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo.) in order to pay for gas sale and purchase from January 01, 2019 to December 31, 2019 after adjusting gas resources and fees.
