FTS: BOD resolution dated July 29, 2020

The Board resolution dated July 29, 2020, the BOD of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: FTS) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report on business result in Quarter 2 of 2020 and business plan in Quarter 3 of 2020.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Diep Tung as Chairman of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023 of the company from August 01, 2020.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Dung as Chairman of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023 of the company from August 01, 2020.
