FLC: Member of BOD resignation

On July 28, 2020, the BOD of FLC Group Joint Stock Company received the Resignation Letter of member of BOD – Mr. Le Thanh Vinh due to his personal reasons. Based on the Regulation on the Company’s charter, Mr. Le Thanh Vinh is no longer a member of BOD of the Company from July 28, 2020.
