EIB: The Extraordinary General Meeting is not eligible to conduct

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was convened on June 30, 2020. However, it was not eligible to conduct because the number of voting shares of the shareholders attending the meeting was less than 65% of the total number of voting shares.
