On July 06, 2020, the BOD of Daiviet Securities Incorporation issued the Board resolution to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      The appointment of Mr. Pham Quyet Tien as Chairman of BOD, effective from the signing date.

2)      The appointmentof Mrs. Le Thi Bich Thuy as Deputy chairman of BOD, effective from the signing date.
