De Tam Joint Stock Company (DTA) announced the resolution of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 29, 2020 with following key contents:

1)      Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the business performance in 2019, plan for 2020 by the Directorate Board.

3)      Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

4)      Approving the 2019 audited financial statements of De Tam Joint Stock Company.

5)      Approving the document on choosing an audit company for DTA in 2020.

6)      Approving the report on profit distribution in 2019 and plan for 2020

7)      Approving the remuneration of member of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020.
