DTA: BOD resolution dated July 20, 2020

The Board resolution dated July 20, 2020, the BOD of De Tam Joint Stock Company (DTA) approved the division of investment phase of 03 apartment blocks belonging to DETACO apartment project in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai as follows:

1)      Phase 1: to build the Block A8 from August 2019

2)      Phase 2: to build the Block A9 from June 2020

3)      Phase 3: to build the Block A5 from March 2021.

            The company agree to mortgage the Company’s legally owned assets to guarantee loan for DTA at Agribank – Nam Dong Nai branch.
