DAG: Personnel change

On July 03, 2020, Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      The appointment of Mr. Vuong Tri Dung as Chairman of BOD for the term 2020 – 2025, effective from the signing date.

2)      The appointmentof Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung as Deputy chairman of BOD for the term 2020 - 2025, effective from the signing date.
