CMV: Board resolution

On July 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved contents:

-          Mr. Lam Quoc Khanh replaced Mr. Phu Chi Anh as Board Secretary, the person in charge of corporate governance and the authorized information disclosure staff.

-          The BOD approved to complete the capital withdrawal in Bac Lieu Printing Joint Stock Company.
