Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company (CIDICO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated July 23, 2020:

1)      The Board of Directors unanimously approved business performance in the first six months of 2020:

2)      The Board of Directors unanimously approved business plan for the last six months of 2020:

-          Revenue                      : 155.911 billion dongs

-          Gross profit                 : 34.129 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax          : 18.183 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax             : 14.217 billion dongs

3)      The Board of Directors unanimously approved the report of the Board of Supervisors for the first six months of 2020.
