A Dong Paint Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD and has been appointed Vice Chair of the BOD cum General Manager with effect since 18/07/2020.
• Mr. Nguyen Tai Thao - Member of the BOD has been appointed Chair of the BOD (term of 2017-2021) with effect since 18/07/2020.
• Mr. Tran Buu Tri has been dismissed from Vice Chair of the BOD (term of 2017-2021) with effect since 18/07/2020.
• Mr. Huynh Thanh Tam, Deputy Head of Accounting Financial Department has been appointed to be in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Company with effect since 18/07/2020.
