The Board resolution dated June 08, 2020, Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the result of public offering with the following details:

-          Number of shares offered to existing shareholders: 26,449,875 shares

-          Number of shares registered and paid: 31,296 shares

-          Number of unsold shares and fractional shares: 26,418,579 shares

-          Number of unsold shares and fractional shares that Investors registered to buy: 8,518,829 shares

-          Total number of shares successfully offered: 8,550,125 shares.
