VNG: Resolution after collecting the written opinions of shareholders

Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company announces the resolution after collecting the written opinions of shareholders dated May 26, 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving a plan for dealing with the accumulated loss by using the capital surplus until 12/31/2019 worth VND121,732,866,414 to reduce the accumulated loss.

2)      Authorizing the Board of Directors to make a plan to use the capital surplus to reduce the accumulated loss according to each period and implement the plan after the general meeting of shareholders approves.
