VietinBank Securities: BOD approved to stop planning to buy its treasury shares

The Board resolution dated June 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved the stop to implement the plan for purchasing its treasury shares that approved by the Board resolution No.12 dated March 17, 2020.

            Reason for stopping: to balance and arrange resources for the company's business development operation.
