TNA: Board resolution on cash dividend payment

On June 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the following issues:

Article 1: Pay cash dividend for 2019:

-          Total quantity of shares: 34,594,060 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Payment ratio: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

Article 2: Close the shareholder list for the cash dividend payment for 2019:

-          Apportion ratio: 1:1

-          Record date: July 09, 2020

-          Payment date: July 22, 2020
