THG: Resolution on the dividend payment and establishment of branch The Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:
1) Approving to pay for the last phase of 2019 dividend in cash:

- Payment date: July 09, 2020
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)
2) Approving to pay for the 2019 dividend in stock:
- Record date: June 26, 2020
- Exercise ratio: 10%
