TEG: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares The Board resolution dated June 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares in Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company with the volume of 7,012,500 shares, equivalent to the par value of VND 70,125,000,000, accounting for 82.5% charter capital of Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company.
Expected transfer receiving price: no less than VND 10,000/share.
After the transfer completes, Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company will own 7,055,000 shares, accounting for 83% charter capital of Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company.
The appointment of Mr. Hoang Dinh Loi as the representative of contributed capital of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company in Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company.
