TDH: Board resolution on stake transfer

On June 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House) approved the transfer of entire stake at Thu Duc Agriculture Wholesale Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Company: Thu Duc Agriculture Wholesale Joint Stock Company

-          Owning volume by Thuduc House: 1,813,000 shares (49% of Thu Duc Agriculture Wholesale Joint Stock Company)

-          Transfer volume: 1,813,000 shares

-          Transfer value: VND87,749,200,000

-          Trading time: completing the transfer in June 2020.
