SFG: Decision on tax penalties

On June 24, 2020, The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated June 23, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration & other:   2,863,180 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears:            103,815,898 dongs

-          Late payment:                                         2,585,016 dongs.
