REE: Board resolution on receiving the stake transfer According to the Board resolution dated June 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (HOSE: REE) decided to receive the ownership transfer of 623,300 shares of Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (HNX: NBP) from REE Solar Energy Joint Stock Company (short name: REE SE).
