Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 01, 2020:

1)      The BOD approved the Resignation Letter and the resignation of member of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Trong Binh as from June 02, 2020 due to his personal reason.

2)      The BOD approved the additional election of two members of BOD and the nomination of these candidates for this position to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2020, including:

-          Mr. Ho Van Tuyen

-          Mr. Nguyen Tran Vinh.
