OGC: The first annual general meeting of 2020 is unsuccessful

On June 20, 2020, the first Annual General Meeting of 2020 of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was convened in Ha Noi City. However, until 9:31, June 20, 2020, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 31 shareholders, representing 30,024,420 shares, equivalent to 10.01% of the total voting shares and less than 65% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting of 2020 was not eligible to conduct.
