Based on the results of analyzing waste water samples in excess of the permitted standards, competent agencies make records of administrative violation, identifying the Company violated the regulations in the field of environmental protection. On June 09, 2020, the Company received the Decision on administrative violation penalty for Binh Duong branch by the People's Committee of Binh Duong province dated June 01, 2020. According to the content of the Decision, the Company fined amount of VND 1,162,000,000
