KOS: KOS to finish the transfer of shares in associated company

On June 25, 2020, Kosy Joint Stock Company (KOS) finished the transfer of 13,360,000 shares, equivalent to 33.4% charter capital of Hong Viet Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Hong Viet Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of Kosy Joint Stock Company as from June 25, 2020.
