KMR: Decision on tax penalties

On May 26. 2020, Mirae Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Hung Yen Province dated May 25, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 22,448,395

-          Invoice violation: VND 7,000,000

-          Corporate income tax arrears in 2019: VND 112,241,973

-          Late payment: VND 1,683,630.
