KDC: Signing a MoU with Vinamilk

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) and KIDO Group Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the establishment of a joint venture in the field of beverage and ice cream. In which, Vinamilk’s capital contribution is 51%, Kido’s capital contribution is 49%. The joint venture will produce and trade beverages (including healthy drinks, tea, milk tea, etc., excluding carbonated drinks), ice cream and frozen foods.
