JVC: Extension of the time to hold AGM 2020

On June 17, 2020, Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company sent an Official Letter to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City to ask for a delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 before September 30, 2020 due to the company wants to ensure everything is thoughtful before the meeting, and at the same time limit the risk of community infection in face of the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic in many countries around the world.
