IBSC: BOD resolution on the record date to pay stock dividend for 2019

The Board resolution dated June 24, 2020, the BOD of IB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the record date to pay stock dividend for 2019 with the following details:

-       Record date: July 10, 2020

-       Exercise ratio: 10:1 (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
