-          Approving to appoint Mr. Vuong Dang Phuong as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from June 01, 2020.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Dinh Hoang Tung as Director as from June 01, 2020.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Bui Huy Thong and Mr. Le Ngoc Vinh as Deputy Director as from June 01, 2020.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Trinh Duy Hoan as Chief Accountant as from June 01, 2020.
