FLC: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On June 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: FLC) adopted the agreement of FLC Group Joint Stock Company with its related parties including Mr. Le Van Sac and Ms. Hoang Thi Nga on the transfer of shares of FLCHOMES Real Estate Investment Business and Development JSC at the proposal of the CEO.
