DRL: Decision on tax penalties

On June 29, 2020, Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Dak Nong Province dated June 22, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration:              1,991,335 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears:            9,956,675 dongs

-          Late payment:                                     1,332,203 dongs.
