- Ms. Nghiem Phuong Nhi has been appointed Member of the BOD term 2020-2025 with effect since 06/06/2020
- Mr. Duong Quoc Chinh has been dismissed from Chair of the Board with effect since 06/06/2020
- Mr. Phan Thanh Sang has been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 06/06/2020.
