BVH: Board resolution on stake transfer

BaoViet Holdings announces the information on the stake transfer of Baoviet Life Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BaoViet Holdings, at Long Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          On June 10, 2020, the Board of Members of Baoviet Life Corporation approved to choose a plan for stake transfer of Long Viet Construction Investment Joint Stock Company under a competitive tender for the block of shares for less than 100 investors as consulted by BVSC.
