BIC: Resolution on choosing an audit company

According to the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated May 28, 2020, the shareholders of BIDV Insurance Corporation approved a plan for choosing an audit firm for 2020 – 2022 via open bidding as prescribed.

-          Period of auditing: 2020 – 2022

-          List of audit firms:

• Ernst & Young Vietnam
• KPMG Vietnam
• Pricewaterhouse Coopers
• Deloitte Vietnam

-          Time of implementation: by early July 2020.
