The Board resolution dated June 25, 2020, the BOD of Nam Viet Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1. The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhut as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from July 01, 2020.
2. The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Minh Canh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from July 01, 2020.
