AGRISECO: Resolution on the AGM 2020

Agribank Securities Corporation (AGRISECO) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 dated June 23, 2020 with the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the 2019 BOD report.
2. The AGM approved the 2019 Supervisory Board report.
3. The AGM approved the 2019 audited financial statements.
4. The AGM approved the business plan in 2019:

-       Total revenue:           221 billion dongs

-       Total expenses:         133 billion dongs

-       Profit before tax:         88 billion dongs.

5. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020:

-       BOD:                       VND 240,000,000

-       Supervisory Board:    VND 120,000,000.

-       Activity budget of Supervisory Board in 2020: VND 118,000,000.
