On May 27, 2020, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2019 and plan for 2020.

2)      Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020.

3)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.

4)      Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2019.

5)      Approving the plan for increasing charter capital in 2020.
