-          The BOD approved to cancel the record date for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (March 09, 2020).

-          The Board of Directors approved to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

+ Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

+ Meeting date: June 16, 2020 

+ Meeting venue: Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company.
