Based on Decision dated May 25, 2020, Southern Seed Corporation announces the personnel change as follows:

1. The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Do Tien Sy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative as from June 01, 2020.
2. On the same day, the BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nam as Acting Chief Executive Officer cum Legal Representative as from June 01, 2020.
