On May 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 49.9% charter capital, equivalent to 3,992,000 shares in Song Ma Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND 172,000,000,000.
