PTL: Resolution on the 2020 AGM

Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 dated May 15, 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving the report from the Supervisory BODs in 2020.

2)      Approving the 2019 audited statement financial.

3)      Approving the remuneration payment to the BODs and Supervisory Board in 2019 and Approving the remuneration payment to the BODs and Supervisory Board in 2020.

4)      Approving the selection one of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018:

5)      Vietnam Deloitte Company Limited

6)      Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C)

7)      Approving to cancel merger plan of Petro My Phu Investment Joint Stock Company in to Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.

8)      Amending the Articles of Association;
