PTC: BOD resolution on planning to buy shares of NPH

The Board resolution dated May 19, 2020, the BOD of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company approved a policy to buy shares of Nha Trang Post Hotel Joint Stock Company (NPH). Details are as follows:

-          Expected purchase volume: less than 980,000 shares

-          Purchase price: less than VND 67,000/share

-          Trading method: put through or other transactions in accordance with the law.
