PMG: Board resolution on stock dividend payment for 2019 According to Board Resolution No.04/05/2020/QD-HDQT dated May 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Petro Center Corporation approved the stock dividend payment for 2019 as follows:
- Stock code: PMG
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of outstanding shares: 42,124,094 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,212,409 shares
- Value of shares expected to be issued (based on par value): VND42,124,094,000
- Issue ratio: 10% or 100:10 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 11 shares. Shareholder A will receive: (11 x 10)/100 = 1.1 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 01 new share. The fractional part (0.1) will be cancelled.
