LAF: Board resolution _ May 15, 2020

According to the Board resolution dated May 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report on business performance in 2019 to submit to the 2020 Annual General Meeting:

−        Net revenue: 468.6 billion dongs

−        Profit before tax: 17.8 billion dongs

2)      Approving the report on business plan for 2020:

−        Net revenue: 500 billion dongs

−        Profit before tax: 18 billion dongs

3)      Approving the plan for capital construction, equipment purchase in 2020: 21.8 billion dongs.

4)      Approving to transfer the capital resource from the investment development fund and capital surplus with an amount of 32,715,432,805 dongs to the compensation for the accumulated loss until 12/31/2018: (45,685,437,873) dongs, after the change of the undistributed profit after tax until the end of period: (12,970,005,068) dongs.

5)      Approving the documents for voting in the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
